Geometrical center of New Mexico

According to an article in Enchantment Magazine the center of
New Mexico has been located. I couldn't find a link to this
on their website to provide here.

Getting there
On New Mexico Highway 42 travel southwest out of Willard for
14 miles or northwest out of Corona for 21 miles. Between
mile markers 21 and 22, turn south onto the ranch road,
Center of New Mexico Trail, to the main ranch entrance gate.
Then pass through the walk-through gate and follow the path
to the flagpole.

It's located on the Seven UP, Seven Down Ranch. A concrete slab
in the state's shape and benches provide a perfect place for
visitors to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The ranch is 100 years old this year.

I guess at one time that was the west. Or, it all depends on
how far east you live.

She also performs with the New Mexico Gunfighters in Albuquerque's
Old Town, which I've never seen, but might someday. She seems to be
quite a character.

If theres a place to see UFOs or Fireballs at night it would be
in that Spot in the center of New Mexico where these giant fireballs
fall into the Salt Lakes just a few miles away. Ive seen two giant
Fireballs about 20 years apart out in that area and they disappear in
the Salt lakes. el pintada kid

Celene Wolf, the artist who sketched the getaway driver (based on the
description years later of an eyewitness who helped pull him out of a
ditch in the missing couples' car near Socorro), said she thinks the
picture is eerily similar to the mug shot of Chester Comar, a serial
killer who was killed by cops in Oklahoma at the end of a crime spree a
few months after the couples disappeared. Lupe Esquibel, who has alleged
in Internet postings for years that he can solve the mystery, called. He
wasn't giving up the killer's name (too explosive) or the exact location
of the cave north of Vaughn where he believes the bodies rest. A man who
grew up in Vaughn called to say he thought the get-away driver went by
the name of Ding Dong Bob. Are you getting the picture? No one came
forward with a nice, neat answer to the identity of the killer and a map
to the bodies. The field of theories is getting wider, not more narrow.
The hunt goes on.
